Vid || Sri. Shringeri.H.S.Nagaraj

      Born in an orthodox family to Smt.H.S.Saraswatamma and late Vid || Sri.H.N.Shankar Bhat, he had his initial tutelage under his mother.

       Formal music training was initiated under Vid|| Sri H. Ramanathan and Vid ||. H.R. Prasanna Venkatesh. (great tradition of Sri Maharajapuram Vishwanath Iyer,)
       He secured state 2nd rank in Vidwath grade Carnatic classical music examination
      
He initiated and is currently spearheading the Guruguha Group of Institutions, with the aim of nurturing various facets of Indian music. Hundreds of well-trained musicians have taken their shape under his tutelage in 'Sri Guruguha Sangeetha Mahavidyalaya'. (started in 1976)

      Has given music performances in well-known, prestigious platforms across the globe and has also conducted several workshops on Karnatic music.
